Samyukta Warriar is a Grade 10 student at Lillian Osborne High School. She joined the BSSF to foster compassion and empathy within the medical field through tangible community action. Samyukta is excited to bridge her love for the written word with social change by writing articles for the foundation. In her free time, she is a talented musician who plays the flute and violin, and she also enjoys writing literature and creating artwork.

Manasvi Kate

Manasvi Kate is a Grade 10 student at Strathcona High School. She joined the BSSF because she believes the community’s work is vital and wants to share the personal stories of students who participate in the fundraiser. Manasvi is excited to learn the inner workings of the initiative and contribute to its success. In her free time, she plays badminton and piano, and she loves reading and listening to music.

Ruthvik Chekka is a Grade 9 student at McKernan School. He joined the BSSF to use his creative skills to spread the word about proton therapy and make a difference in children’s lives. Ruthvik is excited to design and write articles that reach a wide audience and represent the foundation through media and publicity pitches. In his free time, he enjoys writing poetry, cooking, listening to rock music, and contributing to his school newspaper.
